In-House Training Program
V-Tron’s in-house training program managed by our in house IPC Certified Instructor, in J-STD-001 (Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies), IPC-A-610  (Acceptability of Electronics Assemblies), and IPC/WHMA-A-620 (Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies) to keep employees up to date in the latest assembly and manufacturing techniques. 

Testing
All V-Tron products are tested 100%. 

• Cirris 4250 scanners are used to automate electrical test on cable assemblies and wire harnesses.
• Fiber optic cables are tested for Db loss and visually inspected with computer aided software and light meters.
• Crimp integrity is verified with tensile testing equipment to military, UL, and IPC-620 requirements.
• Custom fabricated electrical harness boards are used to fully test each wire harness for continuity or higher-level tests prescribed by customers.
