Our staff Training Manager and his team educate and validate that all manufacturing associates are skilled in techniques that meet the definitions of IPC610, IP620, and J-STD-001 soldering standards. Each associate is cross trained to provide flexibility and adaptability in a constantly changing production environment.
Built in Quality Ensures RepeatabilityAt V-Tron, quality is built into the manufacturing process. Quality objectives are established for every step of the assembly process and constantly measured and reviewed to speed production and enhance repeatability. Products are tested throughout the process to minimize reworking.
